Yeah i justed walked in and the woman at reception said u still on warranty of course i said yes and that was it didn't have to supply anything.

Anyone know if it possible to get a free upgrade as such by threatening to leave - but Im on the virgin OVP tariff and been on it for over 2 years now. Average bill easily over £40.

Well, yes, you can - but it depends on whether its been more than 12 months since you last upgraded. The longer its been, the more they'll be willing to do for you.
