I updated a V800 with ITP CXC 125834 R1f and didn't lost any java.
Does anyone know how we update this ITP (and what is this ITP?)? Do we have to go to SE point? The online update, updates only the R!S025 prgCXC 125839_EU_1VA

i have some problems with dm files, i sent many ringtones on the phone wich is r1s025 and most of them doesnt work..... i don't know why.
The apps gone and my phone is not as fast as it was before the update.....Not very satisfy with it.
I ll do the update again and hope it will help.
Any ideas about the ringtones PB .? thank you

Everything is done accordingly to what I'm ask to do by the SE website.
Then when the java applet launch its window, it says I need to press down and hold the "My question is : What and where is the start key they speak about !? It's neither on the phone or the window opened by the applet.
How did you do on your side ?
Please help me.

the start key is the power key on your phone. i did the upgrade on mine but wouldnt work on firefox, so i tried with IE and it worked. Maybe my firefox java settings were not correct or something. Keep trying and it will work eventually. Mine worked the 3rd time

Indeed it do not seems to work properly with Firefox.
As everybody else who updated their V800 via SEUS, I have lost all java apps on my V800. (Didn't used it much anyway).
But is there a way to get those back ?
And last question, the do not appear under game or app section on V800, but are those java apps still present in the V800 memory ? (Does it use some space !?)

I too have a V800 with ITP CXC 125834 R1f, but as I stated above, i did lost all java.
There must be another answer to that...

After updated the firmware it I have found all my games (about 10) to be missing from the games folder. When I tried sending one of these missing games from my PC it says that the game already exists and asks me if I want to replace it! What's going on? Where are my games? This is pretty crap from SE.

I've just come off the phone with SE UK. They suggested re-installing the firmware, and if this dodn't work to send them the phone.
I've tried to update it via the SEUS but it's coming back with the page not found! The guy from SE said that a new firmware update could be being placed on the site as I type this.
I'm really starting to regret updating the firmware just so I can see caller photo id on my phone!
Anyone have any ideas/opinions on this?
