I have to say that I have my doubts this time that he's innocent.
If he does get off with this he is going to have to grow up and not put himself in this position again. He really should try the healtier option of sleeping with woman or even men if thats his bag !

It more and more likely that jacko will be found innocent of the actual charge as they really have no evidence on him but as vlammetje suggests he needs to stay away from little children and to grow up and see a mental health expert.

3. He's innocent. The media make him out to be such a kiddy fiddler, quoting that he "Shared his bed with children". Now, this to me is VERY odd, but not impossible. I mean, I slept in my parents bed when I was little, but what gets me is that the kid was like 12-14? I mean, surely at that age they can decide whether they want to do something like that or not! And if there is any doubt, they can not do it! None of the kids are claiming rape (forced) so I can't see why they can't say no.

I totally get ur point nick because at 12-14 children know whats right and whats wrong. but with jacko not being even related to the kid i dont think it is right that they sleep in the same bed at all,
even if the kid wanted to jackson should of refused it is his duty he is the adult in the situation,

Having your own kids sleep with ya due to sickness or a bad dream is one thing but if jacko wanted to sleep with my kids I would have to kick his batty.
Ok it maybe innocent as he says it is, but hold on, they are reporting today that the evidence of porn dvd's etc taken from his home have just been exibited in court, now ok, don't have a problem with that, but if that is the case then surely he ain't that innocent child character he makes out to be ? Sleeping with other people kids ain't right for a 40 year old man, not in my book it isn't.
I hope he is innocent (not convinced myself) and I hope he 'sorts his life out' and gets back to doing what he does best.....shamon !

i do however think sadly that other people are trying to make money from the whole thing as well and i include the parents in this. i find that nearly as sick as what jacko probably has done
