Just tried that and still the damn WAP page except this time
www.google.com/wml not .co.uk
Also u people who are not in the UK, whats the address of the WAP page u get sent to? I get
http://www.google.co.uk/wml when trying google.com so do u get one for your country instead of .co.uk?

I also find that every site I visit through using this great (sarcastic remark) google wap crap, is also extremely difficault to view, and hardly ever works properly. It seems that google attempts to convert them in some way to be viewed on wap devices.

This all sounds interesting. My P800 loads the full HTML page.
Can't be a problem with browser compatibility. Mik said his browser used to load the page fine till recently.
All fingers point to Google being responsible. But why not all PDA/phone browsers?
I will like to try this out on other phones with HTML browsers.

The P800 browser is different. Google must have changed something that only affects some browsers e.g the P910 browser but not P800

Mik google added a redirection based on the browser (like many have said) nothing you can do about it as it's server side unless you change of browser or start complaining (if many does maybe they will)
This has nothing to do with sonyericsson nor the browser inside of the phone !
