don't u guys find this a bit wierd that he's already got one. My friend told me that he saw the sony ericsson box as well. He was going to give it to him, but he said that he needs to 'register' it or something. Do you think he's just bluffing?

Consumers create the over pricing of products through the desperation of must have attitudes.
If consumers would wait some time after new units hit the stands, it would cause the makers to set reasonable prices to minimize loss. However when the public creates hoopla and a must have frenzy attitude, the makers see this as an opportunity to over price.
SE is salavating at the thought of all that are drooling and expressing purchasing upon release. As consumers, we have buying power. However it is based on how we react to a marketing campaign. Never overreact. Do you do this when shopping for a home or an auto? If you do, you will definitely pay more.

Thought that w800 and k750 is two different thing, but any way, come back to the topic.
For GBP350 is way too expensive. Even the award winner samsung d500 is cheaper. If it is priced at below GBP300, it sounds more sensible.
It will be my next mobile no doubt about it, but I will wait a little longer for the price to drop.

UK Networks, "Very Heavily Subsidise" their handsets so anyone signing up for a new contract will be able to get one of these at a fraction of the cost.
I would still expect the K750 to be £0 - £150 depending on tariff.
Mr S700 was free on a £45 monthly tariff and that was when it was £380 from
sim free!!!
If this phone is coming out in May on O2, and at that time people are still having problems with their K700 then this would be a very good alternative
