I have both K700i and K508i.
K700i : better screen (176x220 vs. 128x160), bigger memory (41 vs. 12 MB), FM Radio, Bluetooth, Photo Light, and Remote Screen for Pictures Viewer on other devices using MMV-100.
K508i : better speaker and sound quality, also the weight is lighter than K700i.
Overall : K700i is better.

@Manish Buddy keep in mind the applications you are using now won't be available on either (6230 nor k700i) you already have a smartcell using the most popular OS.Why don't you look at the 6630 or when you don't want 3G access have a look at the 3630.
