Yes the V800 has a loudspeaker. It's not very loud though, but does the job. BTW, just found out that the V800 can cope with a 2 GB memory duo pro card. Going to asia for a couple of weeks and hope to get some cheap mass storage memory sticks for SE phones, as every other card i.e SD memory cards are so much cheaper.
If I'm successful, I will post a link and sell them for considerably less than the usual rate, to enable us all to benefit from the fones's potential.
e.g. all my DVD's are now encoded in 3G format using 3G converter (see my other post on 'encoding help for V800). I'm hoping to get at least 10 films (@ about 170 MB per film) and holiday and family videos on a 2 gig memory stick. I also use my memory sticks in conjunction with a multi-format card reader to transfer data between friends computers etc. So the bigger the memory the better. But at UK prices, I simply can't afford to waste the money!
Just in case anyone is interested: The S700i 1.3 MP Camera is far superior to the 1.3 MP Camera on the V800. Don't ask me why, it just is.
Video Playback on the V800 is very good and considerably larger and smoother than on the S700i.
That's all folks.
