I forgot to say that I heard that from an o2 bloke in a shop, he seemed to know what he was talking about... he also said that London may have it earlier because it "filters" from there outwards.

so we are expecting the lovely k750 around 18-20th of May...

thats good news... (if it's true)

and around £350 its a logical price...

I hope i get an upgrade from O2 for my contract...

By the way, does anyone experienced an upgrade with O2 before?
How is possible to get an upgrade?
I have a contract since September 2004 will I be able to get an upgrade for less money ?

thanks a lot...

I'm starting saving money from now...

I have 2 k700i with O2 on line both ready for upgrade on the 12th June. I have upgraded the last 4 or 5 years with O2 and it is really simple. You basically get the phone for the Online contact price. No saving. The last couple of years I have also had to up the contract payment to get eh phone for little cash (£29.99 I think) so I went from £20/month in 2002 to £25 in 2003 then to £30 in 2004 but hopefully I will get the K750i for nothing.

Last year I also upgraded early by a couple of weeks and they just charge you prorata for the days early you upgrade so if the k750i is out on the 20th then I will have to pay £22 to pay up the last days of my contract to get the phone 3 weeks early. But I am so sad that I will happily pay the £7 per week to have the long awaiteed toy.

ps.

I was sitting last night, telly was rubbish so teh K700 came in handy, I put on an MP3 (Maroon5) and played Crash Nitro Kart for a time, took some video of my 6 month old son singing played some more Crash Nitro. What a superb phone!! and been so reliable for the 12 months I have had them both (The other one is the wifes).

But on top of that I will get close to £100 on Ebay for it when I am done using it.

actually with most of the providers you should be eligible for an upgrade in the 10th month of your contract... so you better ask...
