The oldest phone I've got ia a /// NMT phone.
I can't remember the figures on it, it's tucked away in a drawer in my office. I'll take a coupple of pics on Monday.

i used to have a OLD!!! philips phone it was bassive, it used to have a battery that used to clip on the back on the phone which was the hight og the phone but half the width. i cant find a pic tho. it did not accept a sim so i think it was an anologe.

I dont know what happened to the actual fone, but i got a box shot ( taken with the lg u8120's crappy cam) But i did find a nice wrist strap in the box
