ive cleaned the screen (well tried to but it looks like the cleaner has gone into the actual screen) how can i fix it? i have tried to clean the joystick aswell. whats the best way for that?

i was thinking about talkin the batt and sim out and pouring some water on the screen (only a bit) so it will sink into the screen and get rid of the blotches but i think that could be a bad idea. im going to fiddle around some more then put it back together.
