I have the time & cost menu. Flash with R2AL029 using Davinci. Files i used:
K700_TRANSFORM_CID29_to_CID36.bin
K700_MAIN_EU1_R2AL029_CID36.BIN
K700_FS_EU4_R2AL029_CID36.BIN

I'm glad you asked that. This is something I've had a lot of experience with over the past couple of weeks!
You have to be careful. What you need to do is get the person who flashes the phone to change the CDA number as well as flashing the firmware. Get it changed to CDA102298/83. This will identify the phone to the SEUS as a UK generic model. If you don't change it, it will still work with the SEUS, but it will rebrand your phone.
