> WTF - SE Update Service

I was on the phone wednesday with an SE representative and he told me he'd been told the firmware wouldn't be updated on the site for another 5 weeks! I have a, now, non-working P910a so I went ahead and sent it in for repair. All my warm feelings for SE are now gone and replaced with doubt. I might have to abandon ship after this mess. Although I do love my P910a.
