the link should be working,
try it again, anyway double click the "phone connection link" in your taskbar untick all the ticked boxes, then try connecting again
when you went though the "Dial-Up Networking Wizard" which connection to your PC did you use BT or usb? thanks

try installing the modem again (select bluetooth modem) with control (in your comp) also MAKE SURE, in your phones control panel, under the connections tab click cable and make sure its set to "modem"
