The reasons to go for a T630 are:
- lager screen if I'm not mistaken;
- bluetooth;
- smaller;
- mature product;
- better looks.

For build quality I can say the T630 is pretty good. I bought mine used from a shop so had no idea how long it had been used but I'd say around a year. From what I've seen
new joysticks are more sensitive than the T630. The keypad on the T630 is superb for text but can be a little cramped in games when you have big hands. The phone creeks a little but then it doesn't as much now because I changed the way I hold it. I'd say k500 is better than the T630 but with K300 i'd recomend T630.
