What is more annoying, is the fact the chick and the dragon both have the same voice. In fact, the ringtone is basically the same too, except it has different lyrics and a slightly different beat.
The whole thing is a money making exercise, which takes advantage of the fact most people are easily sold with gimmicks disguised as the latest must-have thing, almost as a fashion.
It may be rather draconian, but id have the people who make these "products" and earn money from them shot at dawn.
It wouldnt be so bad if they were catchy tunes either, but they're just simply crap, cheesy and annoying !

My girlfriend was also daft enough to respond to one of those Jamster ads so she could get the Crazy Frog ringtone, and she didn't realise it was a so-calld 'club' she was joining! She kept getting texts and ringtones off them and thought it was just advertising junk off them and that she wasn't been charged for them, but of course was been charged up to £3 a pop for the crap they kept sending her
And the poly ringtone that they did send her didn't sound anything like the Crazy Frog - in fact it sounded bloody awful!

It seems to be aimed at kids, I know mine love it and from what I have read and been told a fookin con, with their txt and re-txt charging you £1.50 odd a go, me bruv inlaw bought a normal tone off of them and it cost him £25, he phoned then and told them he was taking them to court and they promissed to send him a check.
I can't imagine what it must be costing them to advertise at the mo so they must be making a packet, cos the god damn frog and his da ding ding ding is on all frickin day at the mo........
So you can count me in too
