No idea what's up with that link, but I've recreated the O2 theme from some other stuff I found around the web.
The main reason I wanted to do this was so that I could change the standby screen and not have to suffer the nasty blue bar over the calls/menu buttons.
The only think I'm really missing is the actual standby background screen.
