I tenasfered all my contacts from my V800 to a Z600 in 2 minutes this morning
I would have thought Nokia would have put on a similar send all function that se use.

Maybe you should check Nokia's website if there is a utility that allows you to transfer contacts from one Nokia phone to the other. I know there is one to transfer data between the 9210 Communicator and it's older brother. I've used that before.
