It's very strange that you have the same problem on 3 computers! I've never had a problem like this with DaVinci, nor have I read of anything similar. I can only think that these 3 machines must have something in common.

Have you used the same file that you downloaded originally on all 3? If so, perhaps that is corrupt and you could try downloading it again.
