No Brimme, but that #3 button is just odd on all T68i's for some reason.
Some people claim it is dim compared to the other lights, and I've seen my #3 button dim for a second but but went back to normal.

yeah it is very strange. it just suddenly brook down. at first i thougt it was dust but i openend the phone and cleand the contact with contact cleaner but that diddn't help. so i'm afraid i have to send it to ericsson
