It needs to be slimmer so if you are not wearing a jacket and want it on your person you can place it in front pants pocket and it won't look like you stuffed a paper-back novel in there.
It needs to be blackberry ready right out of the box, so all you have to do is give it to your IT guy and say "make it work."
