i had exactly the same problem and posted a thread about this myself a few weeks ago, i had the same dodgy problem with a t610 AND the k700 with the joystick becomming unresponsive. took the k700 to the service centre for fixing, and they did fix it. but it started getting slighty dodgy again after a couple of weeks.

the phone was never dropped, very clean and not exactly used heavily either.

like the rest of u i would much prefer buttons.

however it seems SE has trouble designing buttons that are easily useable, the buttons on the k750 are far from easy to use even with my small and slim fingers, especially the half sized '2' button. the phone itself is pretty good, shame they are incapable of producing proper *usable* buttons and joysticks. my old 7210 was so much easier to use and navigate than the silly buttons on this k750, infact even the k700 was a lot easier to use. the k750 buttons are too small AND they wobble all over the place, not secure and solid at all.

I know this sounds rebellious but- thinking of trying out a nokia? See, lets be realistic here. The motto i follow is 'get the best of both worlds'
