All I did was tell them that '3' Network had called me an offered me an amazing contract so I had no option but to cancel. They then asked me to tell them what I had been offered so I quickly thought of my dream contract and she said they would match it!!
It just goes to show how much money there is in mobile contracts!!
Sorry - I was ask how long I have been with O2 - 11 months
