Please try the following:

"web" gprs on my account must is actived by Provider ?
or active on my mobile ?

web gprs account has to be activated by your network provider....usually they charge you extra money for this....to get it activated you have to call your provider and tell them to activate it...if its not already active

okay...the *99***1# is not a tel no but the dialup code used by the connection to access the data account on your phone...1 is the data account # for the gprs account, 2 for the mms account as per the query log...cheers..and dont worry bout it..just a matter of tinkering around and you should be surfi the web in no time...happened to me loads of times in the past.
