I am with Cingular USA and I got "Command Error" with my K750i & a message saying "your call cannot be completed as dialed" with my Nokia 3200.

i have heard of this kind of trick before (it used to work on earlier Nokia units)... in trying it with my k700, it gives out a "command error" message, but my signal bar increases after doing so...

hi!

with the service provider in the philippines and with my previous and current nokia cellphone, pressing *# and call does mean "requesting for signal"
