Out of curiosity, how large is the file size if you convert a normal DVD movie (example Ocean's Twelve, or any other title for that matter) to 3gp to view on your mobile?

I currently use DVD-to-PocketPC to convert a movie to watch on my iPAQ and the file size is up to256mb (this is in .wmv format).

Try this converter. It has a K750i profile, so you need just select it and press "Convert". Quality is very good..

Since the question is "What convert video program is best for K750i ?", the answer is Nero Recode 2. The version included in Nero 7 Premium (v7.5 or above) is even faster than before, with almost no need for a two-pass encoding since the 1-pass quality is excellent even at 160 kbps (video).

Tip: For full movies, I recommend trimming the file into smaller chunks (e.g. 3 chunks of 30 minutes each for a 90 minutes movie). This will allow you to easily fast-forward or rewind to a specific timecode if you are interrupted and want to resume playback at a later time. FFWD or REW through an entire movie is a real pain... takes minutes of holding your joystick to the right or left.

I have to agree with that... I use "Nero Recode 2" too..
I converted a lot of music videos for my K750 and for other people (even on this forum).

I have nothing bad to say about it.. so I will stop typing..

Do you really see any difference in Nero output quality and imtoo or mobirise converter output for 176x144 resolution?! But the converting in Nero is not so simple for me..

mobirise converter does it automatically if you want. It can split your outfile by minutes or by file size.
