Well, the way I see it you have have a choice according only to your preference in looks, because everyone has to admit the V3 is one damned great looking phone. But clearly, if looks are not a consideration then there isn even a possible comparison between the two, the V3 is like a Steam Engine compared to a Formula 1 car if you place it next to the K750, there isn't even a way to start comparing. Actually, even a K700 like mine is much more advanced and feature rich than a Razr, let alone the K750. Looks are your thing? then decide, otherwise you really have no "close race" between these two.

Even the replacement for the Razr coming out this fall, the SLVR V8, impressively beautiful as it is STILL has only a 0.3 MP (VGA) camera, and apart from a new MP3 player and a memory card expansion slot (up to 256Mb) doesn't sport a single software improvement.

Here's the SLVR V8 next the current Razr, for better comparison

Hey guys thanks for all the input, i've been to the cpw and had a play about with both phones and i must say the v3 is very nice but the k750i is the phone for me, it just felt better and it aslo is alot smaller that i thougt it would be, so the k750i has won this battle.

and @ darksyde, i'm getting it so cheap as a family member is upgrading and they don't want the new phone so i'm playing for the cost of the phone, which is nice

It seem the ring volume and call volume is same setting on V3 (I would like to have separate settings).

And I miss ascending ring tones on my V3. Combined with vibra its a winning concept for me.

However, V3 menu system bugged me so much I did not bothered to find solutions to above issues and instead gave my black V3 away to my father.
