Sorry for my delay, I was busy these days.
The problem isn't in any device manager/PC Suite/My Phone Explorer. This happens only if I connect USB cable to K750i and disconnect it within few minutes. During this I tried not to use any programs, but situations didn't change.
I installed original drivers from CD and even from SE offical website.
In device manager everything seems OK, no yellow icon is shown.
Realy strange..
