Wait ! I can't transfer money by banktransfer on paypal while other country's can ...

Am I discriminated because I can't use my bank with paypal while other's can ? No! It's just that it doesn't have a "partnership" with my country and I can live with that ... .

Why do people allways have to jump into the descrimination/racist wagon ? There are far more important things out there than just judging people ! These days when something got wrong the only conclusion/defense they see is: racist and I'm trully sick of it !

My 0.02€ anyway

Jim's argument is faulted in the sense that you do not need a "partnership" with anybody to purchase anything from the open market.

These guys literally said the reason they are not selling to me is my nationality and location.Meaning that if I had executed that order while on a trip to say the UK (so my connection IP reflects UK), and I had used UK contact details, things would have been different! That's nonsense. Its plain discrimination in black and white.

Again, nowhere in my posts did I even hint racism, and I stand to be corrected. Maybe someone else did - and that would be that individual's opinion. Its not a race issue. Its about what is just and fair. There are white Nigerians, and they would have gotten the same treatment if they had been in my shoes.

Here's my stand again: everyman deserves to be dealt with on his own personal merit. Punishing anyone for another man's actions or inactions is wrong.

My point was that they don't have business with Nigeria like Paypal doesn't accept my money ... So from your term that's a discrimination towards Belgium compared to other country's ... pffttttttt !

They do not need to have business with Nigeria to accept my order. My card is a universal card, and incidentally is issued in the US with US contact details. So in effect, my transactions with them would have been them doing business with US (not Nigerian) financial institutions.

I make purchases on the Net every other day from quite a number of companies based in the US and Australia. And with that same VISA card. And every one of those transactions legitimate, legal and moral.

Where did Handango cook up their "list" from?

@jim:If you cannot see that this is some sort of discrimination, that's okay with me. I can accomodate a different opinion on the issue

Which is what I suppose too, mate. You're ok I'm only ranting because I have always upheld that each individual should be given the benefit of doubt, and judged on his own merit. A just man treated unfairly is one too many, IMO.I just wanted to have my say. Speaking out never hurts. _________________
