no, if you dont wanna create your own, there are plenty of mac (ish) themes available AND it can change the close, minimise ext buttons to the left. just like a mac =D
dont download the payed for version

to do that thing with the folders right click on the taskbar > toolbars > new tool bar and select the folder you want to appear in the taskbar (if you want to put pro programs in they MUST be in a folder. the same with anything else you want in there
)
