Hi guys! Any luck with the Supermode + MXE-60? I'm thinking of buying one for taking my night shots! The only problem with MXE-60 is the JPEG compression thing...

that's what supermode is supposed to do. you can change it with the EV set to 2.0 and then use the volume keys to change values (zoom wont work after you move the EV to 2.0)
I got that part!! When you are on EV +1.0 for example , if you press the + button it will change the ISO even with the phone telling me that teh Zoom is not allowed bla bla thing , right?!
So when i come back to EV 0.0 wasnīt i supposed to zoom in when pressing the + button?!?! It doesnīt zoom in any way... and iīm trying to take pics of the same place with different sets but i canīt really distinguize the difference!

if you want to zoom in again you have to close the camera and open it up again.

yes! got it working!
In 10 minutes of testing in the dark room i can say that
EV -0.3 =Contrast (1.0 -2.6)
EV +0.7 =Manual Shutter Speed (1.0 -4.0) 1.0 is AUTO Day(1/5000 - 1/6) Night(1/5 - unknow).
Is the best

Well ... thatīs weird! I was Just trying now again and decided to change the size of pic to 640x480 !! Now iīve noticed that is was really on super Mode!!
I was able to notice all the differents options from the -1.7 EV to 2.0 EV!!
The Brightness on the 1.0 EV , the FPS& SlowShutter on -1.3 ...
But then came back to 2.0 MP and nothing... pressed the + and - buttons and nothing happens ,just that f**kin sentence that zoom isnt allowed .... !

The zoom function doesn't work! When i press the +/- keys, it will zoom but when i took the shot, the image taken was without the zoom.

zoom wont work if you move the joystick to set the EV. you need to close the camera and open it up again and the you'll be able to zoom.
