Coxy provided an excellent service, keeping me informed all the time as to the progress. I would thoroughly recommend his service. First rate job.
A colleague in the office has an unbranded / unlocked P990i bought from the official SE shop. Interestingly it has different menus to the 'world generic' versions, so even unbranded handsets have noticably different menus / customisations.

Went down to Coxy's house and he debranded and unlocked my P990 in 20 mins.
Excellent service, and the phone is much better now compared to the Orange branding.

I'm another satisfied customer, the service was first class and a lot of the big companies could learn from this sort of personal touch.
The problems i was experiencing seem to all have orginated from the Orange firmware, what are they thinking bastardising the phone in this way.
I highly recommend Coxys service. I'm not going to qoute just how fast his turn around was because i don't expect its sustainable, but suffcient to say it was exceptionally fast....
I also used cash and can say that it is refreshing that there is this sort of honesty around.
