Battery management is much better since the update. And before i used to enter my phone code after sleep in flip closed mode and press ok on the left of the screen But now it's blank on the left and i must press the middle button.but the phone now is superb like my p910 in performance and battery life even better.

Mine works fine in landscape. You might wanna reflash. I absolutely love this update although the video autofocus incapability is a bummer. But perhaps it's like my S700 where I don't have to worry about focusing and just shoot away. This firmware is stable & fast. Love the new features in opera and the best improvement is you can actually save a pic that's not attached to a download link, the previous version was able to do this, but you can't view the pics you save because somehow along the process the pic is converted into an unrecognizable format, even for a pc to open which is pointless. Love it and will experiment more. Tried a maximum of 17 apps at once with 3.6mb of RAM to spare and with no hiccups, but wheb any one of the big gun apps open (opera, camera), it closes some of the apps automatically without hiccups (as with the previous fw but 17 apps at once is a huge improvement). Multitasking has definitely improved but RAM at startup is lower (16.9mb) and memory leakage is still at large so there's still a dire need to restart every so often. Will test more and see...

i don't get the human nature and how we always want something we don't have...
anyways, now since we have the transitions option added, i actually have the transitions on, cos the phone is fast enough, and looks cool.
and all this time i wanted to turn these off. hmmm. strange. but I like it.

Everyone goes on about shortcuts. At i think we shoulg bug SE about this problem of not having them. The most unnoying thing for me is that there is no shortcut in the messaging. When you finish writing sms message why not have a shortcut to click SEND button? Ir is there a way that i'm not aware of?
.
