well going by this photo taken by Marc_SE at the
demo day in London:
it certainly looks like it has has the same motion sensor as the one found in k850/w910!
Though, i was fairly sure w890i didnt have it going by whats been said on the net in various places!

i didnt notice it on walkman v3. it only went that way when i turned the phone on its side!
i defo dont have that option on walkman v2......

you sure walkman v3 has it? on the 2 k850's and w910 i had i didnt notice it, only when i rotated it, it changed!

Yes, the option is in the Settings menu. (there's Portrait, Landscape and Auto)

i know with the video player you can do it.
