@ Code
i was the first one to download your c510 newly released camdriver and just before going to sleep had a quick try of it

must say seems to be really good

but have to do more tests later on
as for now what i've noticed:
* video recording zoom bug gone
* flash synchronization seems to be working much better since the previous version
* quality and sharpness - good
* autofocus - good
other thing noticed - back to slower viewfinder

but the view is very crisp compared to previous driver
thanx Code a lot
time to go to sleep

using Code's 2.2 camdriver for c510
just a couple of them

must say that the driver is pretty much stable

or at least way more stable than the previous releases. Code how much more it is possible to increase buffer size to get more quality?

and it there any possibility of improving dark/night picture quality/make less grainy?
Code if you look at the pictures you'll understand why manual focus would be great addition to this camdriver

if it's even going to be possible.
also i added small sample of video
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=QGWAC5TM
zooming in video doesn't give any bugs now
thanx Code

There's no way to increase buffer size. I've tried to put compression on 98%, but there's will produce unstable camdriver. Like ds934118 said before (alpha version).
Bout manual focus, unfortunately i've losed any idea...

@ Code
i think Brazzuka knows more about implementing manual focus in the camdriver as he said it might be done

maybe you could consult him over this matter and also about the improving night shot's quality? i think his experience might give you some suggestions

or at least i'm hoping

here are some of my pics:
1st one - inside / daytime
2nd one - low light
3rd one - complete darkness
@ code: I did notice that the flash would sometimes not fire (low light and darkness). I think the flower looks nice

The colour is very close...
