JUST RECEIVED THIS EMAIL

Mr ****,

I have just been informed that the software enhancement for T68 has been made globally available today. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to yourself.

This general release is available to all Sony Ericsson Service Centres. Should you require the details of the nearest location to yourself please contact our Customer Support Department on 08705237237 (Option 1)

I must make you aware of the following information and requirements.

Before the conversion we recommend that you do the following;

Youwill loose the following information held in the phone:

Having visited the Non Sony Ericsson web site you advise, I can see that Mr **** has his handset away for upgrade. I cannot, however, see that he has received it back complete. As the software has now been released, he like yourself, will receive a launched software upgrade. The same rule apply for all in relation to general release products and software.

Kind Regards

David Dawson
Operations Manager.

SO IT IS OFFICIALLY AVAILABLE

I would presume so. (unless the battery supplied with t68i is not the same) After conversion they are the same phone HW and SW.

Uppgraderingen till T68 släpps denna vecka
2002-05-27 13:50
