I've just done my online update successfully. Updated from R2A to R2L. After the update, I have to reassign the shortcuts and also enable chinese input method for text messaging (turned off after the update).

Hi,
I assume that this has been asked before, but is there any chance to use the terminator dongle to update the k700i. Anybody tried yet? I mean the connectors are the same aren't they.
And if not, do you think that there is any prospect of this being possible in near future.
Maybe a crack or something similar?

Need some help here, I have just reinstalled xp on my pc, I have installed the DSS-25 drivers so the sync stations is working properly, I have got the xp sp1 installed but when I go to use the update service when i get past the Requirements to perform an update page its loads the next page and says please wait but nothing happens. Have I not installed something that I should have?? Missed something out??
The K700i is unbranded, internet connection is broadband (1.5mbs), and the PC exceeds the requirements needed to update, so any help would be very much appreciated.

This sounds like the java problem that a few people have been having. You didn't say you installed the Java Runtime Environment after reinstalling xp either?
