at last, got phone back from cpw after 4 weeks, latest software installed. was told (after they flashed the phone with the update-just like i did!) that i needed to 'update my sim card'!!!!! the thing was still locked up with 'please wait' on the screen! anyway, glad to get it back-all over! (won't recommend my local cpw-se service centre-again though) will send to hays instead!
