Better cameras are not for phone to phone usage but for printouts. I think we'll get a K800 this year. I think the K750 successor will be K900.

Comparing the need for Printouts with the need to have the pics transferred to another device (whether another mobile, or a pc), I would prefer the transfer to another portable device. After all the world is heading more and more towards mobility.
The k800 is a posibility, though not a real probability this year. SE likes to have a killer model there for quite some time. With the k7, the cycle was a year after its launch, and another upgrade is released. Theoretically the k8 should be higher in specs than the k750, so I don't think they will compress the life cycle of the k750 to less than a year. So the time to hear about the k8 will probably next March in CeBit or other gatherings, with the launch being in May or June.
And yes, since the 9 is almost the end of the chain, like the p900, the k9 is the device that Eldar was talking about and referred to as the U2.

On any cameraphone or camera you should have several options of picture sizes. K750, saddly, only has 2MP(aprox. 1600x1200),VGA (640x480) and 160x120. But VGA is fine for transfering to any device and comes to around 80KB. And for computer transfers, you have the option of using the USB2.0 cable or BT or a card reader(just don't forget the MS adapter).
A K800 should be announced this year IMHO but I suppose 3GSM conference in February would be the latest. K600 is a great mid-range 3G phone but what about people that want more?

Another round of hype and rumors is starting with S800 or whatever. Looks pretty sofisticated despite being yellow.
And still no K750 here as far ar I know. and no ads of
phones in ages. Where's the K300 and J200?

Deltek have finally decided to start advertising SE again but the just advertised the T290. What ever happened to the K300 and J300? Heck if they want to concentrate on budget phones they should be great.
The nice thing I saw was the K750 ad, of course not on Egyptian ad, and its quite nice and does put the emphasis on the camera, leaveing all the other multimedia capabilities to be advertised in the W800.
