Nope, less than before, but still significant rain here... Mumbai is still flooded... Lots of people stranded. Today has been declared a public holiday... I'm so glad i came home early yesterday.. Most of my batchmates had to stay in the hostel and in college.... Trains still disrupted, very few buses... No orange gprs, no signal most of the time.. my cable tv is down, only radio and internet working as means of communication...
