I think the green one prettier and more rare since in all places and operators the have more blue. As per your mail we understand that you are facing some software problem and you want to know that when new firmware would be available. We would not be able to give you the information regarding the new software. However, we would like to inform you that our site always upgraded with new software so you can upgrade the software from our site. If problem persists again then you are requested to visit the service centre. Below are the addresses of the service centers in Chennai.

Yes, the "phone" is ok, you can make and receive calls, you can even send and receive SMS.
But how about the camera? Or the Media Player? Or the Java applications performance? Or the multi-tasking performance? They are sold separately or what?

i have just recieved my replacement handset from o2 and it is even worse then the one i send back, the speaker is dodgy and only half the keypad lights up, also the case is all scuffed and worn, i am not happy o2!! anyway i rang them up again and they are going to bring a replacement and take away this faulty one on monday, btw this one is a 07W41

No 039 update for T-mobile UK K850i.
Just a quick question - when I previously tried to update my firmware to 038 about a month ago, I received the message saying, "No Update Available", or something along those lines. Now when I try and update I receive the message saying, "Update is not needed. The latest software is already installed", with the option to "continue anyway".
