if you'd rather spend money on something else, I suggest you just convert the service/flash cable being sold a greenhills into a data cable. it costs 350 there, the DRS-10 for 1k+(?).
yung problem ko naman is not related with the cable, but with the firmware (i hope i get a definitive answer tomorrow from smartnet).

thanks. i will take note of that. Please pardon my ignorance but what exactly do i have to ask for when i am in greenhills? would it be the same as the cables they sell for the T28/29 series and would they know how to convert it.

now, paging Ying, meron pa ba nung modified cable and how much? id rather get kasi sa subok na by somebody rather than having to go back to greenhills every so often (work is in Pque).
