@gov..dont ask....lots of them...My company does other programs too, but mostly web based or tech support like Siemens, Microsoft Home Entertainment. I might be moving to a 200 man tech support process for HP in April, but theres a lot of time for that now

We've done MSN web support for IE & OE very succesfully here. MSN demands exceptionally high standards of service So...I don't foresee a problem delivering that.
