No gadgets except for the phones? That kinda takes out part of the point of the James Bond films since after all he supposed to have all these fancy gadgets. That doesnt sound good, i wana watch that Seth Rogan and James Franco movie i think its called Pineapple Express, look hilarious.
Kyle
Your Web browser cache may be part of what's taking up your internal mem. Im running Opera Mini3, Opera8.65 and Opera Mini4.2 right now. . . .dont ask me why . . . .anyway NOW i have 25.5mb RAM left whilest running those 3, you must reboot your phone more often bro, but your RAM at start up should be between 38-42mb.

Perhaps the lack of futuristic gadgets makes the new Bond focus more realistic/believable and less tongue-in-cheek.
I think that the new approach and style/s with the Daniel Craig-era Bond films was perhaps the right direction to go; it's certainly re-ignited the interest of Bond films, as is very evident at the box offices around the world.
They're also somewhat 'darker' in their approach/content, and again I think this is has added to the realism of the spy-genre.

Look at the new Batman movies too. What glitzy, plasticky, cheesy, tarted-up crap some of the older '90's ones were (IMHO), compared to the brilliantly executed (IMHO again) Batman Begins and Dark Knight. There's quite a contrast there, to say the least, and one that has clearly paid dividends.

Just my 2c-worth (not sure what the exchange rate for that would be, LOL..).

Sigh, now Hugo Boss is on the cellphone scene, in the form of the Samsung F480 Tocco coming out in a Hugo Boss edition... :

Well I think Batman is a whole lot more realistic than bond. We all know that both bond and the bat can single handedly defeat an entire US army, but atleast the bat wears an armoured suit and has an array of gadgets. Bond on the other hand, all he needs is a gun a few sips of vodka every now and then...

I too was disappointed in the new Bond, not for the lack of unbelievable gadgets but the fact that the story was continued from Casino Royale.

There were lots of gadgets like for instance the massive touchscreen wall at MI5 and the C902 taking pictures and then cross-checking them with MI5's database- conceivable but a bit far-fetched.

Anyone here a fan of Entourage?
