my w960 touch screen is not responding yyyy?
i took the battery off i did a master reset and no it doesnt work im so mad and i berly got thise phone!!!!!!!! i new i should goten a iphone .
does any one have a soluton for thise issue

I was talking to a very helpful guy at the UK SE service centre recently, regarding WLAN issues. Although that has now been resolved, he did mention that he believed there was a new firmware due for the W960 in June sometime. Does anyone know whether this is indeed imminent?

im so pist off i had w960 4 6months!!!! and now touch response is not working i did a sofware update which i already had the newest doftware. and the touch responxe is still not working and now i cant get passed "choose ur language" bcs i cant touch !!!!!!
does anyone have a solution???????/
