Have you got very unsteady hands? Try not moving as much as you can until pic has been processed. Sometimes when you take a pic & move sunddenly whilst its still processing it can be blurred.

nice pictures man.
personally i think doc mode often produce to high contrast....i 99% of times us plain auto and they gets great.
if i had use doc here..it had been a bit darker (still razer sharp, but a bit to dark).......... i get nearly always best with auto mode.
