Why did you start it in the 1st place.....hehe i smoke 20 a day and have no intentions of quitting in the near future...so am in no position to give anyone advice on whether to continue or not....but the logical thing to say would be to stop it before it becomes an unkickable habit
But if the number of sticks is limited to 2-3 a day, then perhaps its fine to continue.....
