like i said, i bought a new k850, (it was to my brother, but he will get my first one..he he he)..and suddenley from blue sky my portrait-pics becomes sooo good ......maybe my first k850 had a beta firmware or something, it came with the first ship when it was released.

sharpness K-eight-fifty:

my gym

she moved around little, so it was quite hard to get full sharpness, but the rest of the portraits is so good.

My k850 camera is ... average.
Anyway, enjoy some summer colours:

Vax-vanson, wich fw. do you have? Mine is 038, try this setting: document mode, -0.7/-0.3, daylight

Just few minutes ago I shot some pictures with my K850, and K750.

K850:

Details (I've cut a part in 100% from original picture):

K750:

Details (I've cut a part in 100% from original picture):

I think, this time the K750 is the winner. Both of these photos was taken nearly at the same time, in the same lighting conditions, from the same position, with timer, to avoid any hand shake. In the case of the K850 the xenon flash, in the case of K750 the LED light was used.

But look the details! The scale besides the numbers looks better in the K750's picture, the little scale in the left side on the bottom of the clock looks better with K750, and finally, the SONY inscription from the VHS tape's box is legible in the K750's case and is illegible in the case of K850.
5 megapixels???!!! I must laugh! The K750's camera makes more detailed pictures. I dont' need that 5 megapixels, i need just 3, but with perfect details and sharpness.

AND

to demonstrate, that I'm not that kind of incompetent user, who don't know to use any settings, and the phone doesn't have any fault I post an excellent picture too, captured with K850:

But I could make nearly the same 2 years ago with the K750 too:

So you can answer me, that I make something wrong, when the phone doesn't captures good pirtures, but you could see, that I can make good shots too. But as opposed to some of you I don't post only the perfect pictures.

@ plank
Your previous K850 had 029 version of firmware? So what do you think, the bad picture was due to the firmware, or hadware. I hope due to the firmware, because I can't buy another K850.

I'm waiting a major upgrad of camera firware. Generally I'm satisfied with the phone, but after a month of usage is cracking very much, however I haven't wrote too much messages, and I haven't used it heavy.

I think to buy another one, or to buy a facelifted version in the future (like the k810 and k800), but it would cost for me too much.

im 99% its the software...like i told you i have (right now) 2 k850, but with the first one portrait pics didnt end up so well...

i think the first one have a different camera driver...anyway, see for yourself....full size pics, great sharpness, no redish colors...im pleased

Thanks. I can see the difference. I hope with a software update the camera will be fine, otherwise I'll regret buying the K850.
