I have no joy with rooting the device yet. I have tried all the normal methods. LOL:evil:

I apologize if this has been asked before but, when is the Arc coming to AT&T? If not, will it be available from anyone with an AT&T contract?

@Killmaster9 did you go from ip4 to the Arc? seems like an odd choice, iphone duds/girls are such fanbois

and not much of an upgrade, not mention the ip4 is expencive as hell!
I'm no fanboy to any side. I just like phones

ip4 was not that expensive. Upgrade it is, at least I think so, no more itunes

@Bonovox,
actually itunes is pretty good for organizing the music! It also gets album covers automatically which is nice..
Also can you test the multi touch inputs in it? is it really a multi touch phone? Because I have htc desire and the multi touch sucks in it, only good for pinching and not playing games and stuff.
Btw, the arc avatar which you guys have looks like x8

.. It should be from the side, to show off the curves

Have you guys tried Sony's "Media Go" as an iTunes replacement?
I have tried quite a few different media players/organisers and have settled on Media Go. All the functionality I need, and simple to use. (similar to iTunes)
It also doesn't seem to cripple your computer at all

Guys, just to let you know, ARC has auto brightness, put it on the middle of the brighness level bar, then try it, i did right now, put the mobile in front of a light, then turned it off and then it started getting darker.

@djin multi touch on Arc is the smoothest and most fluid I have used. Really excellent. With all the new added features and miles better performance its certainly a big step up from x10.
