The 133 on the right hand side is the core speed without being quad pumped, which means your deffo running a P4 "B" . Your gonna be wanting some PC 2400 DDR,(not easy to find) or you could get some PC 2700 (DDR 166) which theres loads of. Id go for the 2700 myself, as itll allow some room for some moderate overclocking (if your mobo supports it)
