Hey all the ugly guys & the handsome ones even the ones with high selfesteem, I need help & I believe if the all mighty wishes u guys will definately be able to solve it. So here goes: I have a bpl wap connection with full gprs @ about 10kbps on my P900. It only Rs49/month but very slow. Also this is my only connection to www. No comp. No labtop Never had. Never used. Poor me. Sob. Well any ways I got a tata cdma inst. LSP350 through which I can connect @ 115kbps. I can also sub for broadband on it. Now I have the USB cable with which I cannot connect to my P900. I was thinking 'bout the bt doogle. Can tht be connected to my cdma inst so I could surf on d p900 through cdma connection ? Or is there any other way I could surf faster on my phone. Cash is not the issue here but I cant change my cell no as I had it for 4 yrs nor can I have a postpaid connection as I make loads of isd calls & cant keep 4000 bucks deposit. Pls heeeeeeelp.

I can't comment about the speed. Maybe mrao knows. But its pretty good..reliable connection. Costs 199 pm in bombay circle. 150 bucks a month for the rest of maharashtra.

@has...the 115 kbps is just the link between phone and pc/laptop/other device that you may be connecting it to....same with Airtel/Hutch/BPL....Download speeds of 55kbps....is in kilobits per sec....divide that by 8 and you get about 7KBps...which is abut the same as Mobile office....hope that clears your doubt
With reference to "Can the BT dongle be connected to your CDMA instruent.......the dongle is connected to a PC or laptop...which enables it to communicate with another BT device....you cannot connect it to your CDMA instrument....But if you have a BT enabled CDMA handset...you can use the dongle on a PC/laptop to be able to use your CDMA connection to have www access on your pc/laptop

I doubt whether it would be possible..simple reason being the P900 would have to be sitting in the cradle for it to communicate with your CDMA instrument on the other end of the USB cable...And even if it were to work, the pxxx can only access the browser in flip open mode..

BT dongle only helps with a pc/laptop...you cannot connect a BT dongle directly to a phone...and moreover the dongle is just the hardware...you also need to install the software that enables the dongle to work...and you cant do that on a phone...the software, drivers, etc are meant to be installed on a pc/laptop running windows

Yup...Buy one n Dubai...it should be cheaper...you sould be able to get a decent Acer or Compaq in the sub $1000 range
